Early Childhood Alliance is one of 9 child care resource and referral agencies in Indiana. We serve Allen, DeKalb, LaGrange, Noble, Steuben and Whitley counties. ECA welcomed families and child care and early education programs from Elkhart, Kosciusko, Marshall, and St. Joseph counties, effective October 1, 2012.
