Under the supervision of the Center Manager, the Administrative Assistant contributes to the efficient day-to-day operations of the Early Childhood Alliance Childcare Center.
Employee performs duties according to agency program and guidelines.
Employee is expected to make substantial contributions to the agency’s mission by providing administrative support to the staff, children, parents, vendors, and the public. Requires multi-tasking and may require light to moderate lifting.
Location(s): Downtown Learning Center
HS Diploma or it’s equivalent. Course work or training in office operations including typing, filing, computers, and office procedures preferred
Minimum of 2 years of experience with providing strong administrative support, preferably at the professional level
Requires organizational skills
Demonstrates well-developed interpersonal and communication skills necessary for an effective and positive manner.
Maintain a valid driver’s license. Available to work a flexible schedule to assist others complete their work assignment.
Schedule: M-F 8:30a-5P
