An effective principal is a key ingredient in creating a successful learning community, but being a school principal is a very challenging and a difficult position in which to excel. Join us for an edWebinar to kick off a new community and series of edWebinars on the topic of “Principal Leadership.”
edWeb just completed a survey with feedback from 150 principals on the challenges they’ve faced this past year, their accomplishments, and the areas where they want to learn more. Shannon Holden, Principal of Pierce City High School, MO, and Rob Furman, Principal of South Park Elementary Center, PA, will discuss and probe the results of the survey with feedback from our live audience, and set the stage for a series of monthly edWebinars that address the most compelling topics.
This edWebinar will be of interest to all school leaders and any educator interested in how to create positive and effective learning environments in today’s world. There will be time to get your questions answered at the end of the presentation.
To participate in the live edWebinar, log in with current version of Google Chrome or install the meeting app prior to the edWebinar on your computer, your Apple device, or Android device. If you have a firewall in your location, you can participate on your mobile device using your cellular data (not your local network).
The edWebinar recording will be posted to this page the day after the presentation.
Join the Principal Leadership: Making a Difference community to network with educators, participate in online discussions, receive invitations to upcoming edWebinars, and view recordings of previous programs to earn CE certificates.
