We are excited to announce that the playgrounds at our Downtown and Beacon Learning Programs will be transformed into nature-themed playgrounds. Construction at Beacon has recently started, and construction Downtown will start this winter after we raise the final funds needed.

When children spend time in nature, it provides many benefits, including facilitating social development and well-being, improving physical fitness, supporting creativity and imaginative play, inspiring collaborative play, reducing violence, bullying, stress, and creating empathy for plants and animals.
