How much is tuition?
Tuition is based on age at ECA Learning Programs in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Our weekly tuition rates are based on the child’s age and family income level. Our full tuition rates before discounts are as follows:

The weekly tuition rate for all children enrolled at IMD Early Learning Program in Warsaw is $226/week.
Do you accept vouchers?
Do you provide financial assistance for families that do not qualify for vouchers?
Tuition scholarship opportunities are available for families at our Fort Wayne locations, based on income and family need.
We accept the LEAP scholarship for IMD Early Learning in Warsaw. IMD employees are also eligible for scholarships.
What ages do you serve?
Children may begin attending as early as 6 weeks old until they reach kindergarten.
What are your hours?
- All Fort Wayne Learning Centers are open Monday – Friday, 6:30 am to 5:30 pm.
- IMD Early Learning Program (operated by Early Childhood Alliance) in Warsaw, is open Monday – Friday, 5:30 am to 5:30 pm.
Do you offer part-time care?
No. ECA only offers full-time care, but children may attend as many hours as preferred.
How long is your waiting list?
We work from a waiting list based on the child’s age. Our Family Support Coordinator will contact you when a spot becomes available. We will contact you monthly via email to update your contact information and confirm that you still wish to remain on our waiting list.

Will my child be ready for kindergarten?
ECA classrooms follow the HighScope curriculum, which provides children ages birth through five with the experiences necessary to build the skills and knowledge necessary to be successful in kindergarten. We believe that partnering with families is a critical component to ensure all children are ready for kindergarten when leaving ECA Learning Programs.
How do I communicate with teachers?
You can communicate with your teachers at any time through the Kaymbu app.

Do you accommodate children with special dietary needs?
Yes, all of our Learning Programs are equipped to handle children with a variety of special dietary needs.
Parents/guardians/adult participants must complete parts 1 and 2 of the form found below and have the child’s physician or medical authority (physician’s assistant or nurse practitioner) complete part 3.
